Known as the “Art of Eight Limbs,” Muay Thai is Thailand’s national combat sport and one of the most effective striking arts in the world. At SCA4MA, we teach authentic BJC Muay Thai under the guidance of Kyoshi Stephen Panebiango, who holds a 4th Degree Black Singlet in BJC Muay Thai — fists, elbows, knees, kicks, clinch work, and fight IQ.
Whether your goal is fitness, self-defence, or stepping into competition — our Muay Thai program builds real skills from day one. Classes run Tuesday mornings (6:15–7am) and Saturday mornings (6:15–7:45am).

Zen Do Kai (ZDK) is Australia’s own full-contact martial art — a dynamic blend of Karate, Muay Thai, and Jiu-Jitsu developed by Bob Jones in the 1970s. It is one of the most practical and comprehensive self-defence systems available, combining powerful striking with takedowns and ground control.
Kyoshi Stephen Panebiango holds a 7th Degree Black Belt ‘Kyoshi’ rank in ZDK — one of the highest instructor credentials in the system. Classes run Tuesday and Thursday evenings, plus Saturday mornings.
Separate junior classes (4:45–5:45pm) and senior classes (6–7pm) Tuesday and Thursday.

Krav Maga is the battle-tested self-defence system developed for the Israeli Defence Forces — now the gold standard for real-world personal protection worldwide. There are no rules, no sporting formats, and no ceremonies. Krav Maga is built purely around surviving real-life threats as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Kyoshi Steve holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt in BJMA Krav Maga. Classes run Tuesday and Thursday evenings (7:15–8:15pm) and Saturday mornings (10–10:45am) — making it one of our most accessible programs for adults of all fitness levels.

Mixed Martial Arts is the complete combat sport — combining striking (punching, elbowing, kicking, kneeing) with grappling (takedowns, clinch, ground control, and submissions) into one fluid system. MMA trains you to be dangerous everywhere: standing, in the clinch, and on the ground.
Our MMA program draws on the deep expertise of Kyoshi Steve across Zen Do Kai, Muay Thai, and Krav Maga to build well-rounded fighters. The program assumes no prior experience — we’ll develop your game from the ground up across all ranges.

Our Kidz Karate program is specifically designed for children and juniors. We teach real Zen Do Kai technique — not watered-down fitness drills — in a structured, age-appropriate, and completely safe environment.
Parents consistently report improvements in school focus, confidence, anti-bullying resilience, and social skills. Juniors classes run Tuesday and Thursday afternoons (4:45–5:45pm), with a mixed and advanced stream on Saturday mornings.

MAX — Martial Arts Xross Training — is our high-intensity cross-training program that blends elements from across all our disciplines. Think Zen Do Kai, Muay Thai, Krav Maga, and functional fitness combined into fast-paced, challenging classes.
Our Ladies Only Zen Do Kai and Self Defence classes provide a dedicated, supportive environment for women to train.
